Eric WEISS,
co-Founder
Eric is a pioneer and visionary and routinely is at the forefront of technology and innovation. Eric has been part of the emergence of many revolutionary endeavors including the founding of an Internet startup in 1995 when there were less 100,000 web pages online. Eric is a recognized pioneer in the computer graphics working on computer graphics animation with early SGI computers for NASA and Boeing. Eric was part of Boeing’s first Virtual Reality Think Tank and first Human Modeling efforts in the early 90s.
Eric has over 20 years experience in all aspects of computer graphics production and visual effects with expertise in artistic supervision, production management and client/customer interaction. Eric has led production teams numbering in the hundreds, supervised overseas productions and has extensive experience as a line artist in feature films, games and TV productions.
With a very entrepreneurial spirit Eric has extremely good insight into the business side of production. Eric continuously endeavors to educate himself and put into place the latest in business and production management techniques. These include lean manufacturing, change management, cross-functional leadership and organizational empowerment. As one of the founding members of Zerocog, Eric brings tried and proven project management experience, creative and entrepreneaurial inspiration, innovation and leadership.
Guillaume RIVIERE,
co-Founder
Guillaume is a French certified project manager with hands-on IT engineering skills. He has been managing international IT projects for over 8 years through the setup of offshore business units in Asia and Africa.
After his master graduation and a project management certification from the French university Grenoble II, he has been engineering software for a major open source European consortium during 3 years. Moving his career to Asia, he successfully setup an off-shore ISO certified IT business unit for a fortune 500 company in Vietnam that delivers multiple projects overs China, Europe, Madagascar, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
With an international software development expertise, Guillaume RIVIERE is offering Asian local IT business development and off-shoring consulting for startup, middle range and fortune 500 companies.

Christophe NEY,
Vice President / co-Founder
Christophe has over twenty years of experience in software engineering, information and communication technologies. After graduating at University of Paris-Sud Orsay (Paris XI) and subsequently at Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées (ENSTA), he has designed, architected and developed complex software in domains such as CAD, Middleware, WEB, Knowledge-management and e-Business. Involved in cooperative projects and open source initiatives since 1998, he has been leading multiple projects and teams in multicultural and geographically distributed environments. Project Director from 2003 to 2006 at INRIA, the French National Institute for Research in Computer Science and Control, he has been in charge of ObjectWeb, an international consortium for sustainable industry cooperation on middleware with open source. Recently Involved as CTO in several Web2.0 startup businesses, Christophe Ney is also offering professional expertise and consulting services to businesses and organisations of the IT sector.
Glen CARL,
co-Founder
Glen Carl is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and brings to the organization strong management skills, innovative ideas and experience of what is needed to build and maintain successful software services and applications.
Glen has a foundation as an engineer, and graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor degree in Aerospace Engineering. With the engineering foundation, Glen has focused on software technology and software integration. Glen's experience and education has allowed him to successfully lead many software service and software application projects. Many of these projects were with emerging technologies, and required quick learning and application of concepts. Projects have included building spacecraft tracking and air traffic control systems, building large data services to provide data for mission planning and research, and building collaboration portal web sites. In addition, Glen has provided management, marketing and new business development services.
Ian STOCK,
Ian Stock is a major law firm lawyer who has also served as General Counsel for a public company. His experience as a commercial lawyer spans twenty plus years on two continents, the US and Europe. He speaks fluent French.
Ian specializes in the basic bread and butter commercial transactions, product sales, licenses, supplier agreements and the like.
He has driven to completion complex M&A, IP licensing and joint venture transactions on both sides of the Atlantic.
Ian has helped non-US high-tech start-up clients move their center of gravity to Silicon Valley, and negotiate with and understand their investors and other strategic American partners.
Ian derives real satisfaction from working for entrepreneurs and international business, and enjoys helping his public company clients with their commercial transactions.
Ian was born and raised in the UK, earned his Bachelor of Arts with Highest Honors in Human Ecology at U.C. Berkeley and his J.D. at the Yale Law School.
